Delivery Policy

✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange

• We aim to process and ship all orders within [ 2-4 ] business days after payment confirmation.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

• Shipping fees, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

• The item is a standard, non-customized product (see exclusions below)

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Customized products (with names, text, or custom prints)

  • Bulk orders placed for events, companies, or group gifting

  • Gift items with personalization or limited-edition packaging

  • Used, damaged, or washed products

🔁 Exchange Process

If you received the wrong size or item:

1. Contact us within 7 days via [Your Support Email or WhatsApp]

2. Provide order details and photos of the product

3. Once approved, send the product back to our return address

4. We'll dispatch the correct item once we receive and inspect the original

💸 Refunds

• Refunds will be processed only:

  • If the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced

  • If a wrong or damaged product is received and we cannot offer a resolution

  Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the error is on our end (wrong/damaged item).

• We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe returns.
