1. PAYMENT POLICY

At Versatile Aventure, we ensure secure and flexible payment options for a seamless shopping experience.

Accepted Payment Modes:

• UPI apps: PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay

• Wallets: Paytm Wallet, Amazon Pay, PhonePe Wallet

• Net Banking: Available for major Indian banks

• Debit/Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Maestro, etc.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for selected pin codes (additional charge may apply)

• Razorpay Payment Gateway: Secure transactions using PCI-DSS compliance.

🔒 100% Secure Payment: All payments are processed through encrypted and verified gateways. Your card, wallet, and UPI details are never stored on our servers.

For Custom or Bulk Orders:

• Advance payment (partial or full) is mandatory before processing ( Full details shall be conveyed at the time of placing the order ) .

• Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.

• Payment links will be sent via Razorpay or official WhatsApp/Email channels .

2. DELIVERY POLICY

We aim to deliver all orders safely and promptly across India.

Delivery Timelines:

• Ready-made products: 3–6 working days

• Customized items: 4 – 7 working days

• Bulk orders: Timeline will be shared based on volume & location

3.Packing

We care how your vibe arrives — so we offer two packing options based on your need and feel.

🔸 Premium Packing – ₹99

• Includes a branded multipurpose pouch/bag — stylish, reusable, and practical

• Great for gifting, travel, or daily use

• Hand-packed with care

• Comes with a thank-you card and minimal aesthetic touches

Perfect if you're gifting someone or just love premium feels.
You can select this during checkout or request via WhatsApp right after placing the order.

4.Order Processing Time

We hustle hard to get your drip delivered fast, safe, and smooth.

Orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
During sales or new drops, processing might take a bit longer — hang tight, it's worth it.

5. Delays & Exceptions

Stuff like weather issues, strikes, or remote location delays may happen (we wish we could control the clouds!).
If there's a delay, we'll ping you for updates or alternate arrangements.

6.Missed Deliveries

Courier partners attempt delivery 2–3 times. If they can’t reach you, the order returns to us.
Re-shipping is possible — we’ll just charge a small fee to cover the courier.

7.International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.
