Care Guide

• For Design-Printed Clothing (Design or Logo, ):
  • Iron inside out on low heat to avoid damaging the print.
  • Avoid scrubbing or stretching printed areas while washing.

• For Plain Clothing (No Design):
  • Iron normally on medium heat as needed.

• Washing Tips:
  • Use mild detergent only – avoid bleach, fabric softeners, or harsh additives.
  • Wash in cold or lukewarm water for best fabric care.
  • Turn the t-shirt inside out before washing for added protection.

• Drying Guidelines:
  • Tumble dry on low heat or air dry in shade.
  • Avoid direct sunlight – it can fade colors and affect fabric life.

• General Tip:
  • Always read the label if you're unsure. Taking small steps in care can make your t-shirt last much longer.

Customization / Gifting Process

• How to Place a Customization or Gifting Order:
  To get started with your custom or gifting order, simply place your order on our website as usual — choose the product, size, and quantity. Once your order is done , you can now head over) to our Customization & Gifting Form. Fill it out with all the necessary details like text, colors, design ideas, names, or special messages. That’s it — we’ll take it from there and bring your vision to life!. Once everything , a confirmation message will be sent to your email & WhatsApp within the same day . Our team then reviews each order, and if anything is unclear, we’ll contact you via message or call for clarification within next 3 days . Finally your order will be delivered within 5–7 working days.

• Minimum Order Quantity is 1

• Must fill details in the form : Reminder that orders can’t be customized without this form

  → Design file Image (PNG, JPG, etc.)
  → Logo/text placement (chest, back, sleeve and any other)

• Before we pack your customized product, we may send you a preview photo for final confirmation to ensure everything looks just the way you imagined. Once approved, we’ll carefully pack and dispatch your special piece !

Bulk Order Process

• For bulk orders, there’s no need to fill out a form or select a product manually. Simply call or message our team directly with your requirements, including the quantity, t-shirt type, design, and placement details. We’ll confirm the order with you and proceed. Once everything is finalized, your bulk order will be delivered within 5–7 working days.

• How to Place a Bulk Order:
  To initiate a bulk order, simply place an initial order on our website by paying a nominal amount to block your request. Once done, please fill out the Bulk Order Form with all necessary details like quantity, product types, customization info, and delivery preferences.

  After receiving your form, our team will get in touch with you via call to confirm the details and share the total pricing. At this stage, we’ll request an advance payment to proceed with production.

  Before dispatch, we’ll send you a preview photo of the final order for confirmation. Once you approve it and complete the remaining payment, we’ll carefully pack and ship your bulk order with love and precision.

• The entire process might take around 5–7 working days.

• Minimum Order Quantity is 10 Piece in one particular type and same colour .
